Chartering Manager

Our client is shipping and logistic company in energy sector is looking for Chartering Manager (Manager Level) In Charge in administration & preparation of contract documents/ policies covering operations in vessel chartering. Maintain updated version of all contract documents (Soft & Hard copies) include reviewing if these are properly implemented at chartering agreement Review any contractual issues/ claims/ disputes between charterers/vessel owner and providing analysis/recommendation for settlement.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: S1 Law degree. Fully understand BIMCO requirments Min 5 yrs exp in admin & preparation of Contract documents. Has legal background knowledge for marine works is an advantage.
