Located in south of Jakarta we are operating as plastic packaging manufacturer for almost 25 years and a leader in an important market segment. As part of our succession plan we will have vacancies for following positions:

FACTORY MANAGER

This is a senior position reporting directly to the Operation Director with following job requirements:

• The successful candidate is expected to have a minimum engineering or industrial engineering (Bachelor/Master) degree from a reputable university and of age between 35 - 45 years,
• A minimum 5 years work experience in similar position, handling a wide range of management field such as PPC, Human Resource, Production System, Productivity,
• Maintenance & Engineering, Labor Law.
• Experience in injection molding, injection blow molding, pressure forming industry is an assets.
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Ability to lead and motivate team of subordinates in achieving a set of target
• Excellent communicator, in presenting ideas and reports to Board of Director / Commissioner as well as, in giving direction to subordinates
