GA STAFF

Key responsibilities

1. Preparing, provide and conducting maintain of company facilities like building, office equipment, Vehicles and others.
2. Conducting Coordinate between pool and arrangement of Building and facilities maintenance.
3. Control mobility (incoming and outgoing) of asset or non asset and make track record it.
4. Conducting management which relating about operational company like permission, Service vendor, vehicle Insurance and others.
5. Managing, directing and controlling performance of Driver, Courier, Technician, Security and cleaning service.

Job Qualification

1. Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) All Major from reputable university
2. Male, max age 28 years old
3. Minimum experience 1 years at the same position
4. Having Driving License (SIM) A and C
5. Having good Analytical Thinking
6. Able to work independently as well as strong leadership and communication skill, Computer literacy is required (Microsoft Office, and Visio).
