GENERAL ADMINISTRATOR
General Overview:
- This recruitment process are determined to find the right people in the right place for several administrator position. The incumbent will be placed in PT Commonwealth Life working unit or department that most qualified to his/her profile. As an administrator you will be placed in our head office, to gain your potention and to work with the best people in the business.
Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will be responsible to handle all administration process in related department. Included but not limited to sorting file or documentation, compiling & filing, data entry, file distribution, maintaining relationship with vendor, and taking any necessary coordination.
Qualification:
- Minimum Diploma degree (D3) from any discipline
- Preferably 1 year experience in Administration or Servicing area
- Communicative, proactive, and customer oriented
- Able to use several computer program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) without an effort
- Good in analytical thinking, keep attention to detail
- English proficiency
