- Min. S1 in Human Resources or Psychology (SDM) or MM / MBA - concentrate in Human Resources
- Hands on Job Analysis, Hay Job Evaluation, Performance Management with Balanced Scorecard, Reward Management, Talent Management, Career Planning and People & Organizational Development
- More than 3 years experience in same or equivalent position
- Proficiency in English language (written & spoken)
- Willing to travel
