SENIOR SUPERVISOR AND ASS. MANAGER FOR FACTORY SITE

Candidate will Responsible for the following activities:

• All activities and process on manufacturing areas
• Industrial Relation Activities
• Comply with HSE activities
• Quality Management Activities
• Taking care and housekeeping of factory areas

Requirement :

• S1 / D3 from reputable university
• Male or Female, age not over than 30 years old
• At least 2 years working experiences in comparable function / position
• Familiar with Footwear industry will be an advantage
• Computer literate
• Have good ability in written and verbal English. Mandarin ability will be also an advantage
• Excellent in leadership skill and interpersonal & communication skill as well
• High level of commitment & dedication
• Positive in work attitudes, initiative, strong desire for results, able to work under pressure to catch the target
