Executive Interviewer - Finance

The primary responsibility of this position is to gather research information for our Banking and Finance projects. The position is open to candidates who enjoy the challenge and variety of setting up meetings to interview C-level management professionals in the Banking and Finance industry. The person is expected to have outstanding communication skills, with the ability to carry himself confidently and in a presentable manner. He must also be familiar with terminology used in the Banking and Finance industry.

This position is currently offered on a full-time or part-time contract basis, leading to the possibility of a permanent full-time position with Harris Interactive. The position is currently open and we invite only candidates who are able to start work immediately to apply. First finance project on fixed income is commencing mid May 2010.

Job Description

• Set appointments for interviews with pre-select list of professionals in the Banking and Finance industry
• Conduct detailed face-to-face quantitative and qualitative research interviews
• Produce weekly reports for submission to clients
• Provide feedbacks and recommendations to clients
• Create and maintain respondent and client relationship
• Perform over-the-phone call-backs where necessary

Job Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters degree
• Minimum 2 years working experience
• Based in Jakarta, Indonesia
• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent command of the English language – verbal and written
• Effective planning and organizational skills
• Detail oriented and strong problem solving skills
• High standard of professionalism and drive to succeed
• Experience or knowledge on the Banking and Finance sector (not compulsary)
• Previous Sales and Marketing experience is an asset

Compensation:
This position currently compensated initially on a per interview basis, with potential of a retainer fee once you have proven yourself and are interested in a longer-term arrangement with Harris Interactive. There is also the possibility of converting the arrangement into a full-time permanent position to manage Banking and Financial projects in Asia, depending on our company's needs.
